Procedure to return goods:
- Products must be packed so they aren’t damaged in transit,
- Returns should be sent on a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
- Send us an email at email@example.com mentioning your order number as well as the tracking number and the reason for the return. This will allow us to handle your return as soon as possible.
Please take the following considerations into account:
- If items were supplied as ordered, postage cannot be refunded and exchanges may incur extra postage.
- Personalized or consumable products such as embroidered shirts are not returnable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
